Consular Office Forum online meeting

On October 6, Ms. Rebecca Carrillo, Philippine Honorary Consul for Alaska, Mr. Seung Man Sang, Head, Ms. Sea Kim, Vice Consul, and Ms. Sangsuk Kim, staff member, of the Consular Office of the Republic of Korea in Anchorage, Mr. Masaru Aniya, Head, and Mr. Adam Weinert, staff member, of the Consular Office of Japan in Anchorage, attended the Consular Office Forum online meeting.
The Consular Office Forum meeting is held by the Consular Offices of the Republic of Korea, the Philippines, and Japan in Alaska for the purpose of exchanging information and opinions with each other. This meeting, which was the first meeting of the Forum, was chaired by Mr. Aniya.
At the meeting, which was held in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere, the frequency of meetings, meeting members, the purpose of the Forum, operating rules, etc. were discussed, and information on the recent situation in Alaska was exchanged.
The next online meeting of the Forum will be hosted by the Honorary Consul of the Philippines in February 2022.
