2025 Japanese Film Festival of Alaska

The Consular Office of Japan in Anchorage, in collaboration with Japan Foundation (JF), and the Universities of Alaska in Fairbanks (UAF) and Anchorage (UAA), successfully held this year’s Japanese Film Festival with multiple screenings📌

Thank you to all the collaborators, partner universities, and participants who made every screening meaningful and lively. 

This annual festival aims to celebrate and promote cultural ties and friendship between Japan and the US.

The Consular office of Japan hopes that those who participated in the event could gain some insight into Japanese culture as well as customs and traditions.
