A visit with Aleut

On May 30, 2025, Head Consul Hamada visited Aleut’s Ethan Tyler, Senior Director of Public Policy and Lands and Ben Corwin, Director of Lands and Resources.
Head Consul Hamada opened by thanking Aleut for their assistance in helping with Japan’s repatriation efforts of Attu Island. Further discussion focused on the importance of Japan’s projects to recover the remains of war casualties all over the world, as well as the main priorities of Aleut.
The Consular Office of Japan looks forward to continued cooperation with Aleut.
