Sand Lake Elementary School Japanese Immersion completion ceremony

On May 12, Sand Lake Elementary School held a completion ceremony for their Japanese Immersion Program at Mears Middle School. Head Consul Hamada gave a congratulatory speech and encouraged the students to continue studying Japanese and building bridges between Japan and the United States. Principal Thompson then thanked all families at the event for choosing Sand Lake Elementary School and the Japanese immersion program.
The graduates shared their memories of the Japanese immersion class and expressed their gratitude to their teachers and families.
