Exchange of views with Mr. Mark Begich, President and CEO of Northern Compass Group LLC

On February 3, Mr. Aniya and Mr. Michael Hughes exchanged views with Mr. Mark Begich, President and CEO of Northern Compass Group LLC.
Mr. Begich explained Northern Compass Group LLC’s wide range of activities, which include consulting related to business projects, and various investment activities in Alaska.
Mr. Aniya stated that economic relations between Japan and Alaska are important, and currently, the Consular Office is promoting friendships between sister cities of Japan and Alaska, especially student exchanges. Mr. Aniya expressed his hopes that, in the future, such activities will develop into business exchanges.
