About JICC
The purpose of the JICC is to help promote a better understanding of Japan and Japanese culture. We have a variety of materials, including books, maps, periodicals, government publications, posters, as well as slides, videos and other multi-media items.
JICC provides booklets and pamphlets covering every aspect of Japanese life: government, history, economics, politics, education, and culture. We can also send educational materials for use in classrooms for all grade levels.
The JICC staff also helps with both general and specific inquiries on Japan. Inquiries and requests for cultural materials should be directed to 562-8424, extension 116.
