Online meeting with Mr. Ninoyu, Japanese teachers at Mat-Su College

Mr. Ninoyu
 On June 9, Mr. Aniya and Consul Nishizawa exchanged opinions online with Mr. Ninoyu, Japanese Language Instructor at Mat-Su College.
 
 Mr. Aniya and Mr. Ninoyu exchanged opinions and ideas on internships by Japanese language learners, film festivals and cultural events hosted in future by the Consulate Office of Japan in Anchorage.
 
Mr. Ninoyu has served as President of the Japanese Alaska Association, President of the Alaska  Association of Teachers of Japanese (AKATJ), and teacher at the Anchorage Japanese School.  In addition, through various activities, such as "Return of the Japanese flag in Alaska” and the establishment of the permanent exhibition "Legacy of Sadako" in the UAA/APU Consortium Library (University of Alaska Anchorage / Alaska Pacific University), Mr. Ninoyu has greatly contributed to the promotion of friendly relationship between Japan and Alaska.
